SHIPPING POLICY
When placing your order, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. All orders are weight based rates through USPS.
For those of you who live in the Wichita, Kansas area or the surrounding 25 miles, arrangements can be made to drop off your purchase free of charge, if you wish:)
RETURN POLICY
For CUSTOMIZATION products: Given the nature of the customization of this product, there will be NO refund option offered.
For all other products: I do accept returns. You can return your item(s) in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, I cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
